We adhere to the highest industry standards of data security, responsible recycling, and safety. Our certifications provide proof to our donors that their used technology will be handled responsibly every step of the way.

NAID AAA Certified
The National Association for Information Destruction’s certification for Electronics Media Sanitization and Destruction is the standard for data security. We adhere to the highest standards in secure data sanitization and destruction and are audited on an annual basis to verify our processes.

R2v3 Certification
With the motto of “Test, Repair, Reuse, Recycle,” R2 is setting the standards for used electronics. We take the mission to heart, refurbishing donated computers and giving them to students. Reusing technology in such a way helps create digital equity while keeping e-waste out of the landfill.
R2 requires recyclers to assure that toxic material streams are managed safely and responsibly by downstream vendors all the way to final disposition and prohibits them from exporting these toxic materials to certain countries. Our R2v3 certification is testament to strengthened data security controls and enhanced controls for test, repair and reuse operations, and we were one of the first organizations in the state certified with this enhanced standard.

This also certifies our staff receives adequate training and has access to supporting resources and information.

ISO 14001:2015
Our certified environmental management system assures donors, customers, and supporters that we provide an environmentally friendly service, and we invest in the resources necessary to ensure a more sustainable future.

ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management. Through this certification, we have committed to employee health and safety, reducing workplace risks, and creating better, safer working conditions.
